Philly Party Band at Cavaliers Country Club New Years Eve
. You just had to be there or risk being square as the fabulous Philly Party Band crowned the New Year’s Eve celebration at Cavaliers Country Club in Wilmington Delaware. Party goers from near and as far away as Albania packed the dance floor to the sizzling sounds of your favorite party band. PPB’s new array of sophisticated high tech lighting transformed the ballroom into a party show palace and the scrumptious dinner satiated the New Years revelers before the serious partying began. The countdown to 2012 included the hot party sounds of Motown, Rock & Roll, Sinatra, and top 40. As we left 11 and took on 12 the party rolled right into the New Year with an energy packed dance floor. Thanks to all of our friends old and new and a special shout out to our special friend and colleague Charlie Peatross of Charles Howard Photography for his incredible photographs of the band. Thanks to the wonderful staff at the country club for helping us to create a New Year’s celebration like Delaware has never seen. We’ll see you on the dance floor real soon!

The ballroom at the Radnor Hunt Club hosted the wedding reception for Tyler & Kara. After an exhilarating entrance to the “Rocky Theme” the lucky couple dance to “More” for their first dance as husband and wife. Announcements for early departure on the shuttle bus prior to the party ending often go ignored when your favorite wedding and party band is in the groove. A grand time was had by family and friends and from what we hear people are still talking about the band. We’ll see you on the dance floor real soon!

The wedding celebration may have taken place a couple of weeks after the wedding ceremony but the Racquet Club of Philadelphia dance floor was a festive and fun hotspot for the family and friends gathered to celebrate. After the official first dance for the bride and groom and a delightful dinner the remainder of the evening was designated “party time”. It doesn’t get any more exciting than this! The gym at St. Mary Magdelan in Media was transformed into an exciting nightclub atmosphere thanks to the lighting and sound magic of Philly Party Band & DJ’s at the reveal party for the grand “Dancing with the Stars” celebration to be held in March 2012. Philly Party DJ’s joined forces with the highly popular Finley Caterers to set the stage for a fun filled party to announce the dance contestants for the upcoming event. A partying good time was had by all as Philly Party DJ’s packed the dance floor with everyone’s favorite tunes from yesterday and today. You cannot possibly ask for a warmer and nicer crowd than the folks at St. Mary’s parish. We would like to extend our heartfelt appreciation for the opportunity to provide the lighting and musical entertainment for their “Dancing with the Stars” reveal party and upcoming extravaganza. The renovated ballroom of the Ramada Airport Philadelphia hosted an elegant wedding reception showcase on September 20, 2011. Philly Party Band was joined by the magnificent Shaw Strings for a our special rendition of “Time to Say Goodbye”, an Andrea Bocelli classic along with the usual musical variety that you have come to expect from your favorite wedding & party band. The Airport Ramada is conveniently located near the major highways and the interstate and is the perfect location for a reception or an event of any kind. We were joined by our very special friends Charles Howard Photography and Tim Sudall of Video One. Both are the very finest professionals in photography and video production and we are always pleased to join them in creating a spectacular presentation.

The luxurious ballroom of the Philadelphia Downtown Marriott hosted the 2nd World Conservation Gala with style, elegance and sophistication. With an array of honorees and speakers including Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter the evening celebrated the concerted efforts of animal conservation worldwide and was sponsored by the iconic Philadelphia Zoo. We were pleased to not only provide the entertainment for the evening but also to lend our musical talent in support of this worthwhile endeavor. (Click here for note from the Zoo)

It’s hard to surpass the noble elegance of the ballroom at Hotel Dupont. It’s the perfect ballroom for a grand wedding reception. Philly Horn Band was honored to be chosen to light up the night for the new David & Natalie Bean as we partied the night away with a little latin flair. Joining our beautiful bride all the way from Puerto Rico was her grandmother Noemi Pagan who provided a warm and special blessing in Spanish to her lovely granddaughter. After dinner it was time for the band to turn it loose. The dancing never stopped and the dance floor was packed right through the encore song. We can’t thank you enough for your incredible show of appreciation for the band. It’s special thanks time! Jillian Cournoyer of Hotel Dupont we can’t thank you enough for your expert handling and hospitality. My guess is that the new bride just can’t get enough of hearing “the new Mr. & Mrs. David Feller”. Already sporting a beautiful just married smile the sound of their wedding introduction into the ballroom especially delighted our bride. What a celebration to follow! The Phoenixville Foundry offers a delightful and intriguing view from all angles and a great place to celebrate in style. A great classic song “Nobody Does It Better” was chosen as the first dance and it turned out to be a smash rendition by Philly Horn Band. It’s hard to imagine doing it any better when you have Video One taking care of the video duties and Dave Campli from Campli Photography as the Photographer. Thanks to the event manager and the great staff of the Phoenixville Foundry for helping to make a wonderful wedding night.
